Iowa Mock Trial continued to hold its national reputation, qualifying two teams for nationals: one for the Silver Tournament, and one for the Gold Tournament. Members of 612 competed at Gold at Hamline University in Minnesota and faced Wake Forest, UC Berkeley, Miami of Ohio, and Chicago. The team went 5-3 and earned 8th place in the nation.

Team 613 competed at the Silver Tournament in Waukegon, Illinois and faced Northwestern, Georgetown, Colorado, and Notre Dame. The team ended with a record of 5-2-1 and earned 9th place. Kristin Langhammer received an award for Outstanding Witness with 19 ranks.

Their strong showing on the national level was an excellent way to end the season, and a reason to be even more excited for the returning talent for next year as Iowa Mock Trial fights for another championship!
